Ramada Encore Newcastle-Gateshead opens for business

Wyndham Hotel Group, the world’s largest hotel company with over 7,200 hotels and part of Wyndham Worldwide Corporation, has announced the opening of its first managed Ramada hotel in the UK, the Ramada Encore Newcastle-Gateshead.

One opened next to my venue in Jan, and we've been putting up guests and actors etc in there. I had a meeting there today and it's all very smart and nicely appointed, with efficient staff. The one here in Leicester is a different franchisee to Newc/Gates...Costa instead of Starbucks...but otherwise looks the same (furnishings etc). So good in fact, that I'm putting my folks up in there next week.
