Bogotá | Centro Bacatá | 140m | ~40p

Centro Bacatá will be a building with a height of 140 meters, and and which will start construction next year. The tower will have a hotel with 336 rooms, 198 apartments, 15 luxury lofts, 23 shops, 160 offices and 500 parking lots.

Height: 140 meters.
Floors: ~40p.
Expected surface: 60.000 square meters.
Status: Approved.
Promotors and investors: BD Promotors real estate, BD Promotores Colombia, local investors.
Project cost: US$ 62 million dollars.
Designed by: Alonso-Balaguer y Arquitectos Asociados. (A Spain Architecture firm).

Construction start date: 2010
Expected completion: Third / Fourth quarter of 2012.
Location: Calle 19 with Carrera 5ta, in Bogotá downtown. (Calle 19 No. 5-20)

Unfortunately for the construction of this building will be demolished the following building (Hotel Bacatá), which has already been sold to BD Promotores Colombia:
