que nivel! se mira bieeeeeen 'cariñoso' ese proyecto. yo dudaria de un proyecto tan ambicioso como este para Trujillo por la logistica, infraestructura, mano de obra etc...

hay que invertir serios $$$ en esa carretera Ceiba - Trujillo!!!

segun lc2k4, quien anuncio el proyecto en el otro thread, este proyecto puede ir bajo el anuncio de inversión canadiense que hizo el embajador, y al parecer ya casi esta todo listo.

... ke excelentes proyectos estan surgiendo en todo el pais !!! espero verlos todos terminados !!!! y ke no se queden en renders, ojala que lento pero seguro el pais vaya despegando en materia de turismo !

Josedc, creo que hay algo malo con el link que copiaste, no funciona.

Me parece bastante interesante lo que dice la pagina:
"Honduras today is at the same stage as Costa Rica seven years ago: low prices in comparison to similar properties and projects in neighbouring countries (where prices range from 300% to 400% higher) along with an anticipated high growth rate, due to the entrance of foreign investors and the increasing number of tourists. These factors are expected to bring a rise in prices within a very short period of time."

Ojala sea cierto y que en 7 anos podamos tener un desarrollo turistico como Costa Rica lo esta teniendo.

full macizo sobre todo el hotel trujillo se lo merece sin duda pero en esa area el mar es algo bravo mas o menos para llegar a santa rosa de aguan se hubiera visto mejor en la bahia esa zona tiene uno de los mejores potenciales un mar y bahia hermoso

un hotel boutique es un hotel de lujo que no es manejado por una cadena hotelera reconocida, a veces son tematicos, la cosa es que generalmente tienen atecion personalizada y este hotel tan grande no creo que la pueda tener, pero a ver. el proyecto se mira bien grande, ojala lo hagan por etapas por lo menos

Que pajera se ve la foto del agua clara, en la pagina web! jajaja Por que en Trujillo no es de ese color, a menos que hagan lo mismo que en acapulco creo que fue, que echaron arena clara en la playa.
