The oculus's columns reminds me the old World trade center entrance.

I'm sorry if this is the wrong thread i'm not from the New Jersey-New York area so I don't really know much about it.

Chris Christie Says He'll Fix NJ's Train Problems Once He's President

New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie, who condemned his constituents to decades more of gridlock and crowded train platforms by pulling the plug on a Hudson River tunnel in 2010, after construction had begun, said he might, hypothetically, revisit the project. But first voters have to elect him president.

There are still some rusty-looking spots on the fins.

Will they be cleared up? Is that something that has just not been painted yet (they missed a spot)?

it hasn't been painted yet , and they are using the hand painting method...which is taking forever..

I sort of understand, since its a very complex surface to paint, but still.

I can understand brushes and rollers for a house or small store...but this is rather ridiculous for such a large project. It should be sprayed in layers...

Right...I've wondered why they didn't just do that before they installed the glass.

I assume it must be the way they scheduled the assembly of the skylights and rafters? That's all I can come up with.

According to reports from the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey, PATH ridership is rising rapidly this year.

Quote:
Month Avg. Weekday %
Jan-15 227,561
Feb-15 245,222 7.76%
Mar-15 250,446 2.13%
Apr-15 258,351 3.16%
May-15 264,326 2.31%
Jun-15 266,647 0.88%
Wonder if it will hit 300k by the end of the year?
