It does look nice but where's the street level interaction? Might as well be in Canberra...

For services I thought it looked pretty great, still its a shame its facing a park

The building has no place to hide its dirty little secrets, with the Yarra one side, Collins st the other and a park to the east.

I love street art, I feel that they add a lot of character to the area. Mind you, I like street art, none of the silly tagging stuff.

I think this is Peppermint Grove.. bit hard to be sure when its less than 1sq km in size xD

but you can see the fence for Angela Bennett ugly house to the left
now I gotta find a photo so Im not spamming!

Lots of trees in Kings Park

(they all light up at night in pretty colours)
