Hartford, Connecticut has city a population of under 150,000. (metro is over 1 million! - it's still apart of the dense Richmond-Boston corridor)

81 skyscrapers for a city population of 70.000! The city is Benidorm, located in Spain.

And don't forget "The Beasts"! (those are in the south part of the city, they not appear in the photos from above). The first one is 186m altitude:

And this one it's under construction, it's the biggest in all the City. It's 200m altitude.

But my favourite is this one: (160m)

I think Benidorm wins this one.

Przemyśl, Poland

I don't feel like that's a real skyline, only churches and rows of four-story stores.

Monaco can be the european version of Hong Kong with that density and the montains behind the scrapers, could be a beautiful skyline.

Canadian Cities

There are some lesser-known Canadian cities that deserve a spot.
Disclaimer: NONE of this is my own, so don't credit me.
Barrie, Ontario (pop. 136,000)

Kitchener, Ontario (pop. 219,000)

Prince Albert, Saskatchewan (pop. 32,000)

Sudbury, Ontario (pop. 160,000)

Sherbrooke, Quebec (pop. 154,000)

Thunder Bay, Ontario (pop. 108,000)

Kelowna, British Columbia (pop. 117,000)

London, Ontario (pop. 366,000)

Grande Prairie, Alberta (pop. 55,000) This one's not much, really. But for its size it's pretty reasonable.

Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario (pop. 75,000)

Saint John, New Brunswick (pop. 70,000)

Iqaluit, Nunavut (pop. 6,000)

Victoria, British Columbia (pop. 80,000)

Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island (pop. 34,000)

Hamilton, Ontario (pop. 519,000)
