Rugby is a minority sport in Spain. Nevertheless there are certain fans in large population centres. Here plays the Costa de Almería, the local team in a stadium constructed in times of Franquismo:

You're both wrong. It's the Millennium Stadium!

Been to a few to watch rugby in NZ and UK.

- Westpac, Wellington, NZ
- Eden Park, Auckland, NZ
- Waikato Stadium, Hamilton, NZ
- AMI Stadium, Christchurch, NZ
- Twickenham, London, UK
- Millennium, Cardiff, UK
- Murrayfield, Edinburgh, UK

I'd say Twickenham is my favourite to place to watch games, but my god is it a pain to to/from.

I've paid to watch rugby at:

The Recreation Ground, Bath
Wembley Stadium, London
Ireland Avenue, Nottingham
Twickenham Stadium, London
Ballymore, Brisbane
Hong Kong Stadium, Hong Kong
Millennium Stadium, Cardiff
Milnthorpe Green, Wakefield
College Green, Wakefield
Claro Road, Harrogate
Headingley Stadium, Leeds
Laund Hill, Huddersfield
Walkers Stadium, Leicester
Edgeley Park, Stockport

and, in a couple of hours, I'll have been to Kingston Park, Newcastle.

Verdict: it'll be nice when it's finished.

The West Stand is pretty good, with decent facilities inside, and I imagine the South Stand is similar. The North Stand is a mirror of the South Stand but without the roof, and no facilities at the back (just the walls are there!). I don't know what the original clubhouse is like, but we were next to it in the North East Stand, which is basically a few steps and picnic tables!

Next stop: Salford City Stadium in March. for Sale v Bath.
