This is on hold and has been for a while. For current updates, here is a link.
This is just a large hole in the middle of a very popular area of the city. There has also been a floor and height decrease, should this project ever happen.

There wasn't already a thread for this? Not only is it on hold, but the idea of cutting the height has at least been thrown around. I am optimistic that this will be built, but not optimistic that this will be built soon.

From a couple weeks ago.
