The construction start of the first phase will be in the 2 quarter of 2015. The first phase will contain 3 out of total 5 buildings when fully completed in 2017.

 Good news. Apparently it's name has changed to "Pakhusene". Makes sense. Never give a project a name that it can't live up to.
