There's a nifty promotional video for this scheme, can't recall where I watched it. I'll try and dig it out this evening

Theres a video on Knight Knox website which is rather good. Not sure on the people living there though. They are very flexible and walk funny. Other than that it looks like a high quality proposal.

The digital sketches at the start of the thread look awful but the renders that VDB has posted look good.

I like the contrast in the colour of the materials. Very effective and very appealing.

Don`t you think so AJD1984?

I thought it was compulsory for everything in Salford to have a nice big metal fence around it?

Must've been an oversight.

Bloody hell. That was quick.

The decision wasn`t supposed to be until 7th October.

New here so not sure where to post this. Another development planned for adjacent to this one. Received consultation leaflet yesterday. Ordsall Lane seems to be getting a steady stream of proposals recently. You can view the proposal at the website below, unfortunately as I'm new I can't post pictures, but it looks better than most of the recently completed stuff on Ordsall Lane.

howplanning.com/consultations

It will be in front of The Mill apartments

The block itself is fine but I don`t like the 'jagged' effect of the top floor. Makes it look like a warehouse in my opinion.

It's nice, but either get rid of that car park, or bury it underground if it's absolutely necessary.
