69Fl : x3 (height of each individual building is not actually know yet), only the tallest.

Height is only an estimation (I used CTBUH's mixed use formula, which matches with the height of other prestigious seaside buildings in Busan)

Project was just announced a couple of weeks ago and we'll know more soon when we get additional information from the developer's website.

Projects like these kind of...confuse me. It's certainly a beautiful location, but there's not much there. It's a lot closer to the Busan KTX station than all the towers that have gone up in Haeundae, and it's close to the much-less-crowded Songdo beach and famous Jagalchi Market, and fairly-well connected to the rest of Busan both via transit and the new Busan Port Bridge....But three ~250m towers in an area that (to my knowledge, admittedly limited) doesn't have a lot of cache and isn't walking-distance to job centers that aren't related to port activity, i.e., jobs that are high-paying? Just makes me wonder, that's all.

And of course, I'll repeat the desire for something less bland-looking, but I'm almost tired of saying that, at this point. Also, according to Google Maps, the site's already cleared, so I imagine things will move quickly once they start moving.

Official height for the building will be 243.7. These will be the tallest buildings in the West part of Busan

It's not complete, especially regarding the number of floors (and floor/apartment layout) for each building, but still interesting to take a look.
Actually the most important missing part is the fact that the schedule for the sale of apartments is still unavailable. But, still, this big project came out of nowhere and might get built quicker than anyone expected.

Also, here is a 360° video of what the view should be like from the 69th floor (videos also available for floors 25 and 50), not too shabby. Also, praise to our drone overlords for this video.

Busan really is just such a pretty city. That'll be an amazing view of Lotte Tower if they ever get around to building it, and you can almost see the towers of Haeundae.

Also, slightly O/T, do you know what those extra piers next to the bridge to Yeongdo are for?

Construction scheduled to start this semester (before June).

And also, you see on some pictures (the ones taken away from the beach) a 4th building. This will be a 28-floor 5-star hotel (so probably around 100 meters), which will be developed in synergy with the 3 residential towers and is planned for a September 2020 opening. I'll see if I create a dedicated thread for this hotel (especially if it tops 100 meters), but for now I'll just mention it as a 4th building in this complex

This project is back from the dead! And the presale of apartment (which more or less usually coincides with the start of construction) will begin next month.

The apartments will be sold under the Hillstate brand (Hyundai E&C), and it will be "Hillstate Songdo Ijin Bay City"
