Incredibly slow this build, but highly significant.

This is one we don't really see a lot of. It's good because it's making Adelphi St feel a lot more 'enclosed', which is going to help with making it feel more welcoming in the coming years. There needs to be a bridge built across to the playing fields on the other side of the river, could really be a huge pull for this area.

Phase 1 is getting on well (but slowly, as Handinglove says)

Groundworks/diggers on the Phase 2 site

Click on the link to see all 4 drone video's.

Screen grabs taken from Adelphi Wharf Pase 3, and Green Quarter Q7. (which isn't very interesting ATM)

In that first video you`ve posted jrb, it looks like the closest building is about to collapse (around 00.27-00.31).

I'm guessing those supports are at an angle for structural/engineering reasons and not decorative because they aren't working for the latter.

Maybe its just the camera, otherwise someone isn't going to have a comfy nights sleep in the corner apartments and will be forever stopping things rolling off the table!

The perspective does look a bit skewed!

Any drawings to prove otherwise??

Watch the video, about 40 seconds in. The pillars are being built at angles so they don't impede on the river walkway. Quite clever.
