Awesome photo by Hunter Kerhart. They've begun construction of the lower tray.

Visited the stadium today. In just about a week they added an impressive amount of pre-cast concrete on the top deck/above north end zone. I was blown away how much progress can be achieved in a week's time.

Big Red has ahold of another piece to add to the columns.

These webcams are so frustrating - the 'live' cam is at least an hour behind the still cams.

I feel your pain. Got some good footage this morning of the crane holding the latest roof piece. Roof/column installation now looks to extend from end zone to end zone. 27 more pieces to go!

Looks like Earthcam is giving us a time-lapse preview with the stadium 50% completed :

Superb video. Thanks for keeping us updated with these dramatic aerial shots.

That view of the Forum through the columns at the northern end zone is absolutely gorgeous. A nod to the old legacy from the new.

Speaking of the old Inglewood, here's hoping whatever naming rights are given that Hollywood Park is incorporated into the stadium name (e.g. EA Sports Stadium at Hollywood Park)

Wow, nice work John! Someday I'll tell people "I knew him when....".

OK, I admit I had some really bad stuff last night, but I can't help thinking of the monorail driving right onto the upper deck of the stadium and letting people off/on from there.

If you're rivaling Disneyland you got to go all in.

Now there's an idea. I'm all in for the Tommorowland experience. Doesn't get more SoCal than that.

Ironically, a monorail to the concourse of the long forgotten Farmers Field proposal was on the table at one time.

I did not know that.

Maybe a monorail should be required for any proposed project. Low income jobs would be created and the builder would be exempt from "affordable housing" requirements for any development in the area.

LOL. Every time someone mentions monorail that video shows up.

But there is a limit of once per thread.
