That's a good development for grocery market here in JB and IP.

Meanwhile, if you ever drive by EDL, be sure to look at the development progress of Southkey Midvalley. It looks huge and pretty too!

I'm so sorry to tell you that the "crooked bridge" is the terminator of the RTS. Forget about MRT and whichever related to public transport. Keep your money to buy Protun instead.

• Construction is expected to begin in Q1 2019 and will be ready in 2021.

SDS Bakery 30th outlet opening at Plaza Pelangi. It will be a glassy, modern and contemporary looking bakery shop. And they will have 30% discount storewide!

And do you guys realise, at night, Astaka showcases the led lights at top of building? Not the best but it shows its presence as the current tallest tower in JB.

Good News!!!!!

Our Johor Investment Department will be going to FRANCE to meet with the investors there. They will also negotiate with AIRBUS to discuss the possibility of setting up a factory in Johor.

On the other hand, our Menteri Besar Osman Sapian also said that at least 10 French companies have met with him recently to set up their factories and business in Iskandar Malaysia.

THis state International Trade, Investment and Utilities Committee chairman, Jimmy Puah at least got some elite looks. Can come out with ideas, can get things done.

Last time this post was taken by MCA fellow, lack of creativity, look more like a taichi master.

Haha, even the discussion had been far lesser now after PH become gov. Got discussion also cut what projects, delay what project etc.

Got money, pay debt first, NONO development crooked bridge first.

Even 3rd bridge plan to build in pengerang, want singaporeans go there fishing. They knew singapore will not agree, but they purposely did it, to make them look like they got do something, responsibility lies on the other side and they can save money bcoz they knew it wont proceed.

Land & Natural Resources Minister Xavier Jeyakumar has suggested third link to be between Pasir Gudang & Punggol, which makes much more sense.

But the bridge will need to have a high clearance height as ships from/to Sembawang Shipyard are need to pass through it.
