mas maganda sana if foreign firm with experience in building underground railway systems ang gagawa ng Metro Manila Subway.

Good point. Please stop calling Japanese "Japs" since its a racist term (originally from WW2) and its something that is policed heavily in SSC (especially since its an international forum). Racist comments are not tolerated and can lead to an instant ban...

Given the design ng subway, makakakita na ba tayo ng mga higanteng TBMs?

I can see it now:

Keihan subway platform in Kyoto.

As for NAIA station, they could follow Singapore's East West Line and create spur to NAIA. Just like the spur going to Changi and the other to Pasir Ris.

Naia line is a spur. The shape of FTI to Cayetano follows existing road so that there is no ownership issue.

Which NAIA terminal would it serve?

Just a wish for NAIA station... I hope it would be placed in an area where it could have Exits on all Terminals. Put walkalators or best build shuttle train on a councourse (like in Incheon Airport) for convenience in transfer to different terminals.
