Created this thread to post photos and information of other buildings being built in nairobi.

Waiyaki Way Offices being built by a south african company and there is no information about the thing??



Centum Uhuru i think its a hotel development in Nairobi but there isnt much information except the render.




All of these renders were designed by the South african Architect company Boogertman+Partners

Stima Mall U/C Parklands, Nairobi

The Ground breaking for this project was done on the 3rd of September, 2012. The project which is being built at the corner plot will have two levels of basement parking, three levels of shopping stalls and four levels of office space. Currently the members have contributed Kshs 176m. Towards the project and they still have another two years to contribute.
The construction of Stima Mall has already started and the progress is very impressive. We wish to thank all members who have been contributing towards the project and request those who have not been making the monthly deductions to consider resuming their contributions.
Upon completion of the project, the projected income to Stima Investment Society will be over 20 million shillings which will also be distributable income to members. This will enhance the income for the Society and greatly improve the stable income. The completion date for the development will be September 2013 but the members’ contribution will be done up to May 2014. This would mean the building will be completed before members could complete the contribution. The art of value addition and wealth creation will be done in this project where members will get a complete building before the final contributions are made.

Stima Investment wishes to thank all members for their continued support in ensuring the successful conclusion of this project which will guarantee the Society a constant income of approximately Kshs 20m per year.

This development could be U/C on Karuna Road so now i'll just post it as a proposed project until some on else sees the place under construction.

Difference between govt projects and private Co. projects.CBK parking silo cost-4B,will prob take ten years to complete at about 10B and downscaled renders.

Britam 30 story building with a 10 story parking silo(prob bigger than this) at total cost of 4.2B.Diferrence of 200M gives us a 30 story massive building.Corruption in Kenya is beyond murder.

Or is there something I'm missing?
