Teka, while meh liability nga LTO gawa naparehistro yung bus, diba ang prangkisa eh under LTFRB?

"One man's trash is another man's treasure"

At maaaring lumago ang ekonomiya natin by promoting locally made products.

Magkakaroon ng P2P route from Makati CBD (Glorietta) to Parañaque Integrated Terminal Exchange, according to DNS P2P Bus FB page. They are currently undergoing trial testing in the terminal.

Oh no. In the next few weeks kalbaryo na naman ang mangyayare. There is a need to improve mass transit systems than this band-aid solution! Rosa at Valenzuela intermodal terminals!

Provincial bus ban on EDSA to take effect Aug. 15

Quote:
MANILA— The Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) will implement the ban on provincial buses on Epifanio delos Santos Avenue (EDSA) starting August 15.

The policy aims to ease the travel congestion along the major thoroughfare by reducing the number of provincial buses.

MMDA general manager Jojo Garcia said the ban, initially scheduled on August 1, will be enforced the whole day instead of the morning and afternoon rush hours.

Gov’t targets EV conversion of 5.8-M PUVs
Quote:
With viable policy support and incentive mechanisms, the Philippine government is targeting to convert roughly 5.8 million public transport system into electric vehicles (EVs), including jeepneys, buses, tricycles and trucks.
This is the propulsive force of a policy being pushed by a legislative measure that Senate Committee on Energy Chairman Sherwin T. Gatchalian will be filing at the upper chamber.

The lawmaker qualified that electric mobility is relatively very marginal in the Philippines; while the rest of Asian neighbors and the world are now advancing in this technology innovation domain.

Of the public vehicles targeted for electrification, buses could account for 27, 842 fleets; 4,488,677 motorcycles and tricycles; 41,316 trailers; and 364, 569 trucks plus the multitudes of jeepneys plying various thoroughfares of the country.

From what I know, a lot of them have been to these progressive countries na for “study”.

Biruin mo yung standard buses nila e considered “premium” na satin. Haaaay.

I‘m hoping they rename this “premium p2p bus” to “express bus”. Then the normal buses na may fixed stops would just be called as normal buses.

Naalala ko BRT ng Taipei. Wala pa 10 seconds and stop and go nila.
