Next Level pour happening today. It looks as if this is going up a level every fortnight.

This is starting to make an impact on the Hobart skyline. It's one level away from half way (height wise). I do now however feel the grey is quite depressing.

Yes it’s not looking great. That said, the wood tone sunshades and glazing might redeem this. I’m not worried—yet.

Thanks for those uploading pictures to this thread!

By the way, can we ask for a Moderator to change the title so it’s not “Proposed” in status please?

Some updated renders in an application for minor amendments which is advertising. Looks something—not necessarily better, but fine.

The real thing is rising really quickly.

A few fragments are floating around about the University’s next student accomodation over at K&D. Another 440 beds, delivery 2023-2024. Buildings on the site will be more 20-25m or so.

Hopefully that ones delivers ample green space for central Hobart. Green civic and uni spaces will have to be a big part of the uni’s push to get public opinion back on side on the campus move.

This development is pretty bleak. They went all in on grey.

The "randomly spaced" windows adds to the slum-ness.
