Sloppy journalism as per. They show the up to date image of the 30 storey but they seem to be going on about the old 27 storey proposal.

Logo and signs are up on the old Digbeth Cold Storage Building, not sure if they have relocated from their Warwick Street premises yet.

They have, they left the Custard Factory and Warwick Street about 2 months ago.

Great to see they've finally moved in, but what were they thinking with putting the lights under the sign, that looks terrible lol

Other than one of the units been taken, it doesn't really mean very much.

Nice to see one of the elements succeeding.

More PR:

https://www.bisnow.com/birmingham/news/mixed-use/beorma-lead-91280

Basically no movement until a pre-let is agreed and best case scenario they will be on site September 2019 ‘if the risk profile looks right’

Definitely one to forget about this is, they talk more than Harry Redknapp on transfer deadline day.

Tbh, I don't think it's as bad as you suggest. On the contrary, I feel slightly more positive after reading the article.. although it means more waiting but we're pretty good at that!

Also it's nice to have it confirmed that Lunar Rise is now under construction..

Do we have a “confined to the rubbish bin” thread - as this is probably the best place for Phase 2 - as for Phase 1 (the horrible hotel) I suspect it will probably get demolished before we ever see anything of significant height here!

Channel 4 potential pre let? They can still technically be in creative Digbeth but have nice cushy offices for the snotty London types who don't want to work out of a converted warehouse.

Can we close or move this thread.

They are jokers. Not serious. Won't happen.

Forget this one.

Nothing new there mate, sorry, plus it's already been mentioned. Besides that account is more than likely to be the work of the marketing agency who got involved last year with the aim of drumming up good PR for the project and reach a wider audience and interest in the development. Twitter is a good grounding for this sort of thing. St Annes Court had one but that dev went tits up and they've recently deleted their account ...or blocked me, not too sure

I did notice this though while perusing for Beorma info the other day
