A cousin of mine told me they have already started are on the first floor. they want to target completion to next year when all the other upperhill towers will be opening

No way. This is a nameless tower along elgon road. UAP tower is along Upperhill road and 3 months ago it was just a hole in the ground. The would have to be constructing incredibly fast to be at that height now. Also this tower is too slender to be UAP

yes, I have been at the construction site. The building is located on the same street as the british embassy near city bank HQ.

Those buildings are on elgon road. UAP is no upperhill road somewhere between Rahimtulla and Taj mall. And i havent been in nairobi for sometime so no answer maybe Mintali or Samounde know something

Currently, in upperhill, the KCB tower is now the second highest, There's another tower rising near the Catholic church but I ain't sure if it's UAP.

I have no idea where the catholic church in upperhill is? Well i've been upperhill many times and i can almost swear i have never seen a church let alone a catholic one

There is a Don Bosco Catholic church near the world bank bwana. Before you turn into Elgon road at the corner if you are from the world bank side. bu there are lots of buildings coming up there along elgon road, it's a beehive of construction, the whole stretch.
