So will Buenos Aires need more grade-separation projects for its commuter rail lines until then? I'm sure that ridership increase for those lines is all but certain once those grade-separation projects are done.
I honestly think all development projects must be sustainable and futureproof.

You support the good projects... and oppose the bad.

Grade-separation would reduce the work needed make the Buenos Aires RER as successful as the Parisian counterpart. If I recall correctly, there are no public level crossings on the Paris RER A and B.
