Nice!

The view would be (or will be) more spectacular when few more high buildings arise on that area on upper part of the picture We've already spoken about that area and plans in GUP (general urbanistic plan)

Here's another picture of that location, captured from a video:

Given the latest announcements, first one could rise in about two years in the bottom of my picture (14-16 story hotel by the Šijana mall)..

By the way, that video is superb! It's a shame the tallest ones can only be seen from the distance, though..

I hope so. Such project as Šijana mall with that business hotel is something that Pula needs for years. Also, that would be the first business tower in town But the hotel is going to be built in the 2nd phase of the project, so we shouldn't expect it in next 6-7 years

And the later they're built, the shorter they get.

Šijana, Vitasovićeva ul.

http://wikimapia.org/#lat=44.883607&...1&z=18&l=0&m=h

These house-like buildings were built in late 80s, and they look pretty nice with those gardens in front... All of them have 2 or 3 floors.

The first building (actually 3 of them) are identical to those on Vidikovac (the triplets):

Superb as usual

Punta kicks some serious ass! Especially the southern blocks, around Žrtava fažizma Park..
