Indeed, even people who dislike commieblocks tend to like them. There are similar towers also in Katowice, based on the same technology but with different balconies called "popcorns".

I think this would be the best renovation in Poznań. Original colors were recreated after poor renovation in the '90:

I think it looks ok but not sure about these colours!

It looks like Salmon pink. I think this block would have been better maybe white / light grey with blue balconies as already used.

I have seen worse blocks with horrible lime green and yellow orange.......not good.

These tower block are fairly typical of the colours used in the renovations in Glasgow at the moment

They look a lot better than before.

Of course there are a few other colours used as well.

There have also been a lot of blocks with balconies which have been renovated as well.

Great, i wonder if i ever gonna see that here. And an interesting commie btw, sadly i see you have the same 'car cells' issue around residential areas as we do.

Interesting design. I wonder if it is very dark inside these rooms?

Hard to say but they have this "French windows"/semi-balconies so it shouldn't be so dark.

They are not very common, but there are many rather ugly open parkings surrounded by fences and barber wire...

Few examples from Pula of how not to do the renovation:

This one looks ridiculous with green/yellow combination. Before it was white with beige balconies:
before:

after

People responsible for this should be fined with big amount of money
