This project will compliment the three other big projects in Davao Region:

Vertis North CBD 2019 UPDATES

Vertis North is one of the mini secondary sattelite cbd's in Metro Manila.

30% Slum remaining (RED) to be demolished soon
70% - already being developed into a Business District.(Blue)
_______________________________
Fun fact:

Vertis North use to be "one" of the largest "SLUM" colonies in Metro Manila. But soon it will become a "Major" District in the future with all towers being built.

Last Dec 2018 latest batch of 300 families from the Slum colony was given housing and livelihood and another portion of this future district has been taken over by developers.

Napakasarap maging Pilipino sa panahong ito.

Dati lagi lang nila dinadangle itong subway project na to tuwing malapit na magelection since the days of GMA and of course, PNOY.

But it is Duterte who really brought the Philippines to the Subway Era.

Politics really plays a big role in the development of a country.
