The basement and podium are huge! Of course it's going slow.

Agreed.

Considering they first had to demolish the existing buildings, undertake massive excavations, then build 7 levels of underground parking and the foundation/core structures for three big towers across a whole city block, I think they're making impressive progress!

I think this is the most interesting construction site in Brisbane with its massive podium and 3 towers

Always look forward to any updates

The resi core doesn't look quite high enough yet to make one think that they might have decided to continue all the way up with it as well. I'm keeping my fingers crossed.

From what I can see it looks like the whole thing is going gangbusters, maybe all 3 towers will continue being built all at once

Surely they wouldn't have put in all those cranes if they planned to stop now?

Thats a good point,I could not imagine 1 or 2 cranes and concrete pumps sitting idle while there is construction to be done

Well they would to help with the basement construction to ensure the tower sites weren't slowed down.

Wow ready in just a little over a year, that's great, hope the shopping part is also ready.

I see Uberman closed. No surprise there.

Yeah, not at all surprised as it always looked empty. Bit of a shame though, my favourite leather belt came from there.

That would justify 2 or 3 cranes.. but 4 seems excessive if they plan to stop at podium level.
I agree djmajh, it's quite perculiar

Will be interesting to see what they replace that and Telstra with as they are big tenancies.

The design has been updated a little bit since that CGI, an improvement IMO.
