On the former Two Roxas Triangle showroom will rise the Park Central Towers showroom just next to UCC and right across Starbucks 6750.

Makati Avenue shot from the Gil Puyat junction: A very different view now that the old Mandarin Oriental hotel is gone.

Apparently, this is by SCDA Architects. The suspense is already killing me

And, South Tower is going to be 70 floors so 250m could be a very conservative estimate.

Ang galing ng mga projects ng SCDA kahit na residential.

Yes, a lot of them is luxurious. SCDA's project on 118 East 59th Street in NYC looks absolutely stunning.

Bihira yung ganyang class ng glass curtain dito sa Pilipinas. Kung ganyan ang level ng Park Central eh 'di Panalo.

Pero kung kapareho din ng sa Grand Hyatt Manila... magiging disappointing nanaman.

yeah, especially considering that one of the penthouses was sold for $10 million or roughly Php465 million (though still cheap in comparison to Robbie Antonio's $15 million home in Forbes Park).

250 could be very conservative or over-estimate.. We have to remember, the possible downgrade to be done by Ayala as usual.. LOL

I'd cut the guy some slack just because his goal in life before reaching 45 is to work with at least 5 Pritzker award-winning architects. His obsession gave Makati a Libeskind, for example hehe.

Well so far most of his family's buildings haven't come up to snuff when comparing the final product to what you see in their initial promotional drive, and they're getting 15mUS$ mansions out of that. I just hope they don't give Libeskind a bad rep with their implementation of his vision.

Isnt it that Ayala usually delivers what is in their (conservative) renders. Not more but not less either

It's SCDA + SOM and Leandro Locsin Associates (local counterpart).

Thanks. At least now we know where to look for renderings hehe. Hope SOM features it in its website soon. SOM always publishes official heights of its projects.
