MENARA HAP SENG 3 | Kuala Lumpur ( Jalan Sultan Ismail) | U/C

MENARA HAP SENG 3 coming soon...

http://archives.thestar.com.my/archi...-store-m26.jpg

Next up is Menara Hap Seng 3, which will come up on the site of the group’s current Mercedes-Benz showroom in front of Menara Hap Seng. This project is still in the planning stage, but the building is expected to follow the same retail-office formula as the first two properties, although it will look thinner. “Menara Hap Seng 3 is forced to be ‘slim’ because of the land size, which is around three-quarters of an acre,” Lee explains.

I don't know why there is a need to create 3 threads for 3 different Hap Seng towers..What about Tun Razak Exchange and are you going to create the different thread to each tower there?

There are started and completed in different times hence different threads were created. Another example is KL Sentral project. For TRX and PJ Sentral, we might split them into smaller threads in the future but we will see.

I still think Hap Seng project is too small to split into 3 threads..is hard to follow up and retrieve..

I think one of the reason why we split this is because initially we were expecting a much taller tower here, i.e. someone mentioned 50-storey which will be a landmark on its own right, etc.

I myself also read about it before in one of the business daily articles.

Further to that, besides the someone mentioning, the developer did mentioned a "skybridge" connecting to the older buildings.

As of the current status, there's not much info, and you know, most developers who are proceeding with supply of offices in coming months would have to think twice or many times as well.
