NEW YORK | One Madison Park | 189m | 621ft | 50 fl | Com

In the 200m range, but no final height yet, as far as I know.

One Madison Park's apartments range from $2 million to $10.6 million, with the triplex penthouse priced at $35 million.

Wow how odd, I never seen a skyscraper built between such tightly packed terrace type buildings. I like the design

I thought the height for this building was like 180m on emporis... it would be awesome though it its in the 200m range. are you sure about that or can anyone confirm this?

This is an example of a tower that is different, yet still fits in well with the NYC skyline. It is interesting, but not too funky and has elegance. If you ask me it is a good balance as opposed to 80 South Street which doesn't fit in with the skyline well.

it's amazing that they are constructing a huge 60 story building and i've never even heard of it.
Beautiful!

This looks very similar to the Park Michigan Tower in Chicago, the shape in general with the height. Are they twinned?

Nice slender tower. Amazing that this project is already so far underway before it is picked up on this forum.

My God, it's so thin and it looks fantastic! I asume there will be only few appartments per floor if not just one?
