There is a slightly different, I think improved design for this. It has more windows on the side and alterations to the ground floor.

Going by the timber louvred panels in the amended plans, I'm going to arch my neck out like a giraffe and say Reiss's

Passed by here this lunchtime. The site is indeed being used to store materials for Ridley House, watched them transporting breeze blocks across.
Talked to a workman there, who said piling and groundworks were due to start shortly and we should see it coming out of the ground in the New Year.

A serious uptake in activity on site Monday, piling underway, concrete deliveries, plant and dozens of workers on site. I would say we are UNDER CONSTRUCTION on this one too

Can't tell from the photo but has the ground works made any headway in the last month?

I visited yesterday. A massive hole is being dug out for the underground car park. Cabins and generators on site, tower crane delivered soon.

Compared to Ridley this seems to be taking an age. Can anyone else realistically see it ready by the end of the year?

Saw these views of Granville Lofts earlier today.

As you head down to the canal, the former railway line is still full of uncollected rubbish. Surely it needs picking up now (or something doing with the abandoned line such as making it a public walkway).
