If they were smart, that detached elevator core would be all glass elevators, thus eliminating the windowless wall. It is EXTREMELY rare for a new Manhattan office tower to have the elevators right at the edge.

I think it looks absolutely horrible. The design reminds me of what someone from the 80s thought was futuristic looking back then.

Today it was reported that Rudin is selling one of their towers downtown. The timing seems too on the nose to be coincidental.

Rudin Management’s 110 Wall, home to WeLive, comes to market
