Models by Seffm

Hallo Everyone,

I started modeling scale models. In this thread I will post all the models I made. Generaly I use 1:1700 scaling, so if you use that scaling you just can print it with 100% resolution in MS Paint.
If you like them, feel free to build them your self and post a picture in this thread. I am looking forward to see your builds.

Anyways, here is my first build:

The Whitehall buildings & NYACK Collage (NYC)
Here is the Wiki Page of the real one: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Whitehall_Building

It doesnt have a base plate yet, because I want to add 20 and 21 West street to the assembly, to finish the block.
The model is not 100% perfect, it surely doesn't have the quality of ginsengs models, but I am learning

Anyways, greetings and have fun.

Hi seffm, nice model and diagram
I also want to start making my own models, but I do not know how to draw them in paint. For instance, I want to make Beetham Tower in Manchester, UK https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Beetham_Tower,_Manchester
It is easy shape for a first model. I know how to draw the outline, but not shure how to draw the facades, windows etc, to make the diagram look like the real building. Any advice would be helpful.

20 & 21 West St

Hello everyone. Here is my next set of Designs I made. It is 20 and 21 West street. They are in the same block as the other buildings I made, and the block is now complete.

Because 1:1700 scale is so tiny, I unfortunately had to simplify some details, but I think the overall recognition is given.

Have fun building them.

Hello!
Do you take suggestions? (not requests!) If so here are mine:

520 5th Avenue
521 5th Avenue

If you could make these, Thank you SO much!! It's fine if you don't, but I wish you could make these beautiful buildings forever!
Keep up your great work, your buildings are so clean!

Can you also try and make the Park Row Building or maybe try and go for something more tall like the Central Park Tower or 70 Pine Street? Thanks I’m already enjoying your models

Hi,
my plan is to model the red and green area on this image:

Almost all buildings frome the green area are already available. The red area is almost empty. So this red area is my main focus. The suggestions you made are all outside of this areas, so I won't make these in the near future (or maybe never).

My next buildings will be from that red area, probly the battary parking garage, or 1 broadway, or maybe 10 west street. I will see.

Ritz-carlton is nice, or these three buildings.
They all come from the red area:

The red area is what you made, the blue is what you are making right?

Here is my newest build: 10 and 28 West Street. It took me longer to finish these since Uni started again and I have less time available.
Because I am building 1:1700 scale, I had to simplify the buildings again by a bit. Anyways, here you are:

Have fun building them.
