I'm not like that, I'm still patiently waiting for Regal Tower and the V building

I have a good feeling about this one. Could be our replacement for the cancelled 140 metre tall Snow Hill residential tower.

Do we think it may be similar to the image in the access statement for Leftbank that I came across? Or was that image just indicative?

No it was on slide 11, showing other sites that have a tall proposal earmarked on them. Had an image for this site opposite Left Bank. It looked like a Glen Howells design, a taller version of one of the Paradise buildings.

Yes Sefton that was the one. Looks similar to other designs they have done and seems Glen Howells involved of those rumours are true.

26 Storey PRS tower in Newcastle.

Yes Newcastle of all places, This tower looks awesome in my opinion and id love to see something of similar design for Broad street and 37 floors.

Cant wait to see the renders for this.

27 Rutherford Street:
26 floors, 82 metres, £40m.

Left Bank phase 1:
22 floors, 68 meters, £35m.

Left Bank costs about £50k more per floor. Must be the foundations.

How does 42 storeys sound? Not a done deal but that's the max height apparently.
