I also think Ntaba ya Londres is nice to. here in Europe, the best Ntaba is from London.

Muamba/Moambe Soso - Many people don't seem to kow this one even though it's the national dish of DRC





Liboke - Most people mainly make it with fish but it can be really good with mbika/egusi na soso. Also good with shrimp and lobster

I'll come back with more but it would be nice to see Congolese food not always only be reduced to pondu, ntaba and makayabu
