Headquarters of Fairfax which are set to be redveloped once their new HQ is complete at Batman's Hill.
To take place over the next year with Myer refurbishing floors and is set to be completed by X-mas 2009.

Northbank Place is excellent as are many of the others. The Yarra River, Victoria Harbour, Docklands, and that huge park downtown are huge assets for Melbourne. These are features which not every city is blessed with.

I love Melbourne and Sydney, for some reason I wasn't aware that Melbourne has so many projects going on, let alone so many with crazy designs. Interesting stuff!
