Thinkable? Sure. Somewhat expected? Not really. Truth is, iconic Argentine urban architecture is quickly becoming an oxymoron.

An oxymoron in which ways?

The shown 'Eagle Tower' has the character of a showcase design, like the bloated showcars you'd see on an exhibition. Like the Haute Couture of architecture.
It shows what's possible thanks to new technology and design methods (like 3D printing). You know it likely won't look like that if it ever enters a market, but it inspires, impresses and has potential to let more interesting designs enter the mainstream.

I'd be happy to see some of Eagle Tower's elements on a new luxury tower in the area or elsewhere, as we've read there's a lot to come. I think this has some inspiring power that clearly will affect future projects. The beginning of new ornamentation is already there and it's about time, architecture literally means "the art of building /construction".

The comeback of ORNAMENT thanks to new technology like 3D printing and robotics:

Sorry, erbse kid, but it is awful beyond description.

A contradiction of terms... Iconic building design only happens in Argentina out of lone efforts. Argentine architecture (if there's such a thing) has turned away from decent skyscrapers and embellished buildings into a mixture of bleh and meh construction patterns that is thoroughly incapable of producing any sort of admiration. Sure, there are exceptions, but the majority of what you can see in Argentina is an ode to disappointment. Does that mean that we wouldn't be able to see those elements in future projects? No, but let me doubt that as happening anytime soon...

A graphic "style manual" for houses, mansions and family homes for you my friends!
Many of these types aren't exclusively US American, but can be found in many countries around the world
with western-influenced architecture.

I'm gonna bring some "neo-architecture" example. It's not really a classic style but it have some elements of this kind of architecture.

It's located in Rio Cuarto, Cba.

Its a twelve floor building with Bossage and Mansard Roof, like the old french clasicism architecture
