Interesting - if that's where I think it is, does that mean this project is moving forward? Maybe just preparation?

Yep, that's it. They've been putting pilings along the edge for a while now, but stopped last year and just restarted recently. Right now the only thing on pier 6 is a heliport that I've never seen used in the last 6 years.

Site of 65-71 Monitor Street - approved 5 Story, 72 unit building

There are a lot of surrounding empty lots - all very close to the Liberty State Park light rail stop -

72-74 Maple - listed as owned by MC Maple Holdings, LLC. Redevelopment agreement with JCRA from November.

Listed as 100 Monitor, owned by the JCRA - supposed to be redeveloped with MCI (also doing 408-420 Communipaw) with 257 units

Render-

Garabrant St

107-125 Monitor - originally this warehouse was supposed to be converted to lofts.

This article from pre-recession was very optimistic about the area. Wonder how many projects will return in some form.

Greenville Area:

763-765 Ocean Ave

665 Ocean Ave - homeless veteran housing

I see. Since I've been working in Jersey City (about a year and a half), this bridge has seemingly made little to no progress. Any reason it's so slow? It doesn't seem that complicated, should have been long since done.
