Hopefully it gets built is the old Prudential building taller then the current new 1?

Do you post on the City-Data site? The posters on there really don't like anything positive about Newark sadly smh.

I stopped posting on their earlier this year....that site just became a troll fest. Theres a lot of people from the Urbanist community who post on here who used to use that site... I wouldn't waste time on that site... It seems they miss me , but I will not be coming back... http://www.city-data.com/forum/new-j...l-guru-38.html You could link to this section if you want...

It's great to see that the waterfront area is starting to get developments, seems like the Shaq and NJPAC projects shouldn't even have any reason to stall anymore.

@Nexis I wonder what is planned for the Queen of Angels church site now that it is set to be demolished its not that far from the new ShopRite Springfield Ave Marketplace?

That area is rundown with major crime but it's close to the new police precinct they built as for artist's I think it would make more sense if it was in the Lincoln Park section.

I think if they can atleast build up the Clinton and Elizabeth Ave. Corridors the South Ward will improve at a faster rate. The West Ward will probably be the last and slowest part of the city to develop since it's the most vacant and rundown.
