New political power took city's control, in 2015, and made all these changes. Now they won election with 80% votes, and probably, in 8 year period - all buildings in central part will be renovated.

It's very much designed after the Bauhaus style, factory or not, but of course I can't comment on the quality of construction.
The new re-design is appalling and I'll bet it will look tacky in no time at all. Thanks for the link, a pure Bauhaus building as you say.

Vilnius, LT (not the same, but analogical buildings in comparison (before and after renovation)) (all quartal was build, in tsar era, with these similarly looking buildings).

How is my comment worthless? Is opinion on a project worthless? Because you don’t share the same opinion. What an echo chamber. To be honest, your comment was even more ‘worthless’ as it literally added nothing to the discussion.
