Indeed, congratulation for it!

In addition this tower is very good looking, and his cladding is gorgious.

Ah, thank you for the info. Now i remember that i even read this back then, but somehow i wasn't sure anymore, i could swear i read something like that.

So now this really is the highest publicly (provided one has enough money) accessible space inside a Building from a pedestrian entrance, at 584.5 m, 579.7 m and 574.9 m.

Shanghai Tower should have a higher one (the art space with the tuned mass damper at 583.4 m from lowest pedestrian entrance) if measured from outside street level, since the Burj's highest occupied floor would then be reduced:
by -10 m (574.5 m) if the Ground Podium (Resident and Observatory Lobbies) or -6 m (578.5 m) if the Concourse Level (Boutique Office Lobby) were chosen as grade.

With a view, obviously the Burj has the edge again, against the 562.1 m in Shanghai Tower (although it's not an observation deck unlike in ST). Ping An FC beats ST in that aspect by only 5 cm, the OD also being the highest occupied floor, according to CTBUH. So by observation deck height the Burj is on 3d place.

The next one sits already almost 60 m lower, on 503.5 m (the highest occupied sitting 10 m above that), on Beijings CITIC Tower.

Only Goldin Finance 117 with 578.7 m could come close in the next years (584.1 m if later made publicly accessible), should it be finished in reasonable time.

If one compares the structural heights (minus parapets etc.), especially if regarding the core extending undergound, everything changes of course.

Depends on what you mean with use and floor.

Only floors, which:

are named (number)?
Lvl 160 mezz. 3, 634.1 m; spire access, damper

have at least a concrete floor (no deck)?
Lvl 156, 595.7 m; mechanical, electrical (communications; top of concrete structure extends 604.7 m above slab bottom)

have a concrete core?
Lvl 155 mezzanine, 592.5 m; mechanical (plant room, 3.2 m floor to floor height)

have a concrete core but no significantly smaller floor area than the major floors below?
Lvl 155, 589.3 m; mechanical (plant lift motor)

are (not only temporarily) occupiable? Lvl 154, 584.5 m; former boutique offices/corporate suite (with 153 & 152); since this year the world's highest lounge with an outdoor terrace at 574.9 m (Lvl 152)

The floor-to floor height from Level 139 till 154 is 4.8 m, above that it's either full floors of 6.4 m or mezzanines with 3.2 m

I have heard about this Burj Khalifa have 179 floors but didn’t show 16 floors they’re actually mezzanine only that true?

634 metre tall then last floor was 630 metre 179 floors
If true then someone said 163 floors are people then 16 floors no one inside mezzanine?
Information it’s bizarre is it?

Well, if you can't see a visual in-detail description or Excel sheet it really is confusing . One day i will post it here, where all the sources are compared.

Not floors but 179 "levels" above ground where the spire is still fully encased.

Only 163 real floors (CTBUH definition).
Above Level 156 only steel decks or grated panels are used as floor plates. http://www.burjdubaiskyscraper.com/facts.html

"179" (Section 23B) is at 742.30 m, not 630 m. Level 160 mezz. 2 is at 630.9 m.
"180" (Tier 24 Spire 3) is at 749.30 m, where one third of the then 2.1m wide spire is visible.
"183" (Tier 25 Spire 4) is at 758.90 m, where two-thirds of the spire become visible.
"189" (Tier 27 Pinnacle 1) at 778.10 m is where the Spire becomes totally free from obstructions and the last (external) space to stand on (apart from the top platform on the slim spire at 826.60 m - access only by internal ladder and hatches).

In terms of potentially accessible levels, which are at least partially sealed from the environment (e.g. having a roof and walls) it's more like (from top to bottom):

9* 3.2 m-tall decks ("188"-"180") - spire is at least partially exposed
17* 6.4 m-tall decks ("179"-"163")

1* 6.4 m-tall floor (Level 160 mezz. 3)
2* 3.2 m-tall floors (Level 160 mezz. 2 & 160 mezz. 1)
2* 6.4 m-tall floors (Level 160 & 159)
2* 3.2 m-tall floors (Level 158 mezz. & 158)
2* 6.4 m-tall floors (Level 157 & 156)
2* 3.2 m-tall floors (Level 155 mezz. & 155)

16* 4.8 m-tall floors (Level 154-139)
1* 4.3 m-tall floor (Level 138)
1* 5.3 m-tall floor (Level 136) - Level 137 is an Elevator Machine Room
1* 4.8 m-tall floor (Level 135)
10* 4.0 m-tall floors (Level 134-125)
2* 6.0 m-tall floors (Level 124 & 123)
2* 4.8 m-tall floors (Level 122 & 121)
8* 4.0 m-tall floors (Level 120-113)
1* 4.8 m-tall floor (Level 112)
1* 4.3 m-tall floor (Level 111)
1* 5.3 m-tall floor (Level 109) - Level 110 is an an Elevator Machine Room
1* 4.8 m-tall floor (Level 108)
9* 3.5 m-tall floors (Level 107-99)
1* 4.0 m-tall floor (Level 98)
11* 3.5 m-tall floors (Level 97-87)
1* 4.0 m-tall floor (Level 86)
8* 3.5 m-tall floors (Level 85-78)
2* 4.0 m-tall floors (Level 77 & 76)
1* 4.3 m-tall floor (Level 75)
1* 5.3 m-tall floor (Level 73) - Level 74 is an an Elevator Machine Room
1* 4.8 m-tall floor (Level 72)
8* 3.2 m-tall floors (Level 71-64)
1* 3.7 m-tall floor (Level 63)
10* 3.2 m-tall floors (Level 62-53)
1* 3.7 m-tall floor (Level 52)
8* 3.2 m-tall floors (Level 51-44)
1* 4.0 m-tall floors (Level 43)
1* 4.3 m-tall floor (Level 42)
1* 5.3 m-tall floor (Level 40) - Level 41 is an an Elevator Machine Room
1* 4.8 m-tall floor (Level 39)
1* 4.0 m-tall floor (Level 38)
1* 3.7 m-tall floor (Level 37)
3* 3.2 m-tall floors (Level 36-34)
1* 3.7 m-tall floor (Level 33)
7* 3.2 m-tall floors (Level 32-26)
1* 3.7 m-tall floor (Level 25)
6* 3.2 m-tall floors (Level 24-19)
1* 4.3 m-tall floor (Level 18)
1* 5.3 m-tall floor (Level 17)
1* 4.8 m-tall floor (Level 16)
7* 3.2 m-tall floors (Level 15-9)
4* 3.7 m-tall floors (Level 8-5)
5* 4.0 m-tall floors (Level 4-Ground)
1* 6.0 m-tall floor (Concourse Level)
1* 4.0 m-tall floor (Level B1) - 0 m starting point (CTBUH: level of the lowest, significant, open-air, pedestrian entrance)

1* 3.2 m-tall floor (Level B2) - the only one "below ground" floor (CTBUH)
1* 2.05 m-tall space (Raft) - not inhabitable; -5.25 m below ground (CTBUH) [-9.00 m foundation Slab]

Conclusion:
26 decks
163 above-ground floors (not counting the 4 Elevator machine room Levels) 8 of which are out of steel
1 below-ground floor
1 non-inhabitable space

excluding Elevator rooms, including decks
- above-ground "levels": 189
- total "levels" (plus below-ground B2 and Raft space) : 191

total amount (including omitted Elevator rooms): 195

total amount of levels by floor-to-floor height - combined height:

2.05 m - 1 (below ground): 2.05 m
3.2 m - 65 (including 9 decks & 1 below ground): 208.0 m (204.8 m above ground)
3.5 m - 28: 98.0 m
3.7 m - 9: 33.3 m
4.0 m - 30: 120.0 m
4.3 m - 5: 21.5 m
4.8 m - 24: 115.2 m
5.3 m - 5: 26.5 m
6.0 m - 3: 18.0 m
6.4 m - 22 (including 17 decks): 140.8 m

(excluding 4 Elevator rooms):
Sum (above-ground) 189: 778.1 m - check: 778.10 m Tier 27 Pinnacle 1

Sum including non-inhabitable & below-ground space
191: 783.35 m - check: Raft at -5.25 m below ground (CTBUH) 783.35 m - 5.25 m = 778.10 m

I hope this clarified it a bit and didn't confuse you even more and that this isn't regarded as unnecessary spam. If it did, i apologise.
