La ville a l'air propre vu de haut, notament les murs qui sont d'une couleur homogènes et propre, dans les 2 premieres videos.

Aprés c'est inégal , les quartiers centraux haut standing sont de bonne factures, par contre les quartiers populaires sont trop denses (3eme video), des dizaines d'immeubles collés les uns aux autres, ceux qui ont planifié ça, méritent la prison...

Trop d'habitants, Fes etait bien mieux dans les années 90 avec ces 700 000 habitants, ça suffisait, la c'est trop...
Les sta7 aussi, c'est pratique pour les gens , mais pas trés esthetique.
Il faut faire un choix entre pratique et esthetique, mais c'est dommage de gâcher l'architecture de nos villes avec tous ces sta7. ( toits en terrasses)

Le combo sta7+parabole+couleur rouge est immonde.
Le pire reste a craindre, il y a encore plus de 30% de ruraux.
Il est urgent de ramener des urbanistes étrangers pour éviter la cata

sta7 is part of our architectural heritage (even cultural) and it is widespread all around the mediteranean. I dont see why we should change it. The problem lies elsewhere: lack of any global aesthetical framework, absence of urbanistic rules and homogeneity, lack of green, ...
Look at many spanish cities/towns/villages and you will see that flat roofs are not a problem.
Parabole dishes will be removed one day as they will become useless thanks to optic fiber and internet TV. Red color problem can be solved in 6 months

Les terrasses peuvent à la fois être pratiques et esthétiques, avec un entretien et de la verdure sur pot et le tour est joué.

Je ne sais pas ce que vous avez contre la densité, mais j'aime bien la densité de Fès, c'est celle d'une grande ville, rien à voir avec Rabat ou Meknès par exemple étalées mais pas assez denses.

Les deux premières vidéos sont jolies, il manque des parcs urbains dans la ville sans doute, et les paraboles mais comme dit DK, ce sera résolu dans le futur avec la généralisation de la fibre optique et ADSL.

Par contre, la troisième vidéo montre un mélange de couleurs qui pique aux yeux. La saturation dans la vidéo joue mais les maisons avec différentes couleurs hétérogènes sont trop moches. La mairie doit imposer une grille de couleurs et veiller à son respect.

Concernant le plan urbain, il y a le manque de parcs c'est sûr. Cependant, je trouve la ville assez jolie d'en haut, ce qui est très rare dans une grande ville au Maroc (les quartiers Sud de sa voisine sont moins réussis que les quartiers Sud de Fès, récents pour les deux villes).

During the 60s and 70s the Medina of Fez was all white, I think it's much more better than the current colour.

For me Yellowish/beige looks nice. It gives a feeling that houses came up from the ground, a sort of "ancient" feel to it..
