I give it a 9.5. Seen from the islands, to me, is second only to Hong Kong's skyline with Sydney, Australia (I'll make the distinction because of my hometown) being a close third.
presently I'd have to give it an 8 out of 10, maybe a 9 or 9.5 when all the major progects are completed (cityplace, trump, etc.). i happen to like the north american style boxy buildings ( excluding the ugly plain grey ones). The cn tower's skypod I think is still the tallest man made observation deck. you'd have to be pretty foolish to rate it anything lower than a 4, I mean its right up their with L.A, N.Y., and chicago as north america's greatest.
