ok guys, here is list of projects in Bratislava. Later i will add also renderings and construction updates. List will be updated only in first post. It will be good if it will be sign as sticky.
and there are many mistakes of coarse, tell me if you find some..

I found these mistakes:
* Technopol I 21f, Technopol II 24f (both has 19)
* Millennium I is 80 m, Millennium II is 100 m (or 85?)

In proposed highrises are two hotels in Petržalka: on 10th and 20th place.

In proposed Big projects is South city so there could be South city highrise mentioned in proposed highrises as well.

V slovenských názvoch by nezaškodilo trochu diakritiky, je ich málo (tých názvov), tak si ich vážme.

Business Residence II in Ruzinoz

Does anyone have any information on the liklyhood of this development going ahead. Aparently they don't have approvals and are asking for virtually non refundable holding deposite. The developer is Finep. Thanks. Oh and the pictures are great!

Well, nie ze by som o tom zrovna rozhodoval ja, ale pozerame sa do buducnosti na CEC, uvidime ako BA pojde, a aj ked Slovensko je maly trh, nie je to vylucene. Ale skor Polsko alebo Rumunsko. Hlavne asi nie je kde v BA stavat. Inak Alien, ak hovoris o veziach ktore uz stoja, tak to su Emirates Towers, Dubai Towers je znacka vladnej spolocnosti Sama Dubai a Dubai Towers Dubai sa budu nachadzat v The Lagoons, coz je tiez ich projekt. Rozsah vystavby je naozaj absurdny, clovek by potreboval crystal ball aby sme videli ako to dopadne, v momentalnej situacii aplikovat cistu ekonomiu znamena strasny real estate market crash behom roka, ale pochybujem. Tu totiz stavaju stylom "postavime a oni pridu". zatial to vychadza..ale toto je topic na ine forum.

Btw., income tax tu platia len oil companies a pobocky zahranicnych bank a VAT neexistuje.

Jasne, no v Dubaji vznika tych "najlepsich" a najvacsich projektov cele more, len som naozaj zvedavy ci to je vsetko vykryte realnym dopytom. Ten rozsah vystavby sa mi jednoducho zda absurdny.
