Always good to hear from you, Roberto, Silvia, skymantle, Jane, christos, and Leon!

Cultural highlights in Buffalo, Jane, include the Albright-Knox Gallery (a major collection of modern art), the Martin House complex (a Frank Lloyd Wright masterpiece), and the amazing Art Deco City Hall. And of course visitors must sample the legendary Buffalo wings at source.

And now a short hop into blazing hot downtown Hamilton ...

Hamilton Supercrawl 2019: 1

Supercrawl is an annual free three-day street festival in Hamilton, Ontario.
It takes place in mid-September on James Street North, the city’s coolest strip.
(Check out my earlier tour of Jamesville here.)
James North is pedestrianized and crammed with visitors, performers, artists, merch stalls, and food trucks.
Some side streets are colonized too, and there are open houses in historic buildings.
Here’s the first of a trio of impressions from the most recent Supercrawl.

Hamilton Supercrawl 2

Among other things, Supercrawl is one of Canada’s largest free music festivals, with over 50 performances.
And there’s plenty of food for thought, as well as to eat, on the street.
But one shouldn’t forget to look up occasionally.
Downtown Hamilton has an interesting blend of old and new architecture.

Great update, Nick!
I think this time I will choose the ferris wheel photo as my favorite.
I also liked the thoughts and your analogy between "Everything is much more connected than we think" and "zero degrees of separation"

Many impressing shots, Nick, and I love your comments!
My favourite is the "Having Fun Yet?" pic.
Lovely country singer!

Thanks, Roberto and Silvia!

And now the final set from Supercrawl 2019:

Hamilton Supercrawl 3

The festival includes fashion shows under canvas and street art demonstrations.
But some people are just there to be eccentric in public.
And why not?

I'm really a fan of your good comments, Nick.
Great set, I'm very impressed especially by the last pic and the belly dancers.
Belly dancing is a wonderful way for women to move and to do something good
for their bodies.

Excellent shots all round Why-Why...you outdone yourself. I particularly like the shots of affirmations you took.
