Wow! I am really liking the design, they even have a whole floor reserved for sq's! Couldn't see the floor plan for the penthouse though, it's the cherry on the cake

I'm cautiously optimistic about this one.On one hand this company has some complete developments in parts of Europe and Turkey but on the other hand they haven't delivered on any of their proposed projects in Kenya yet besides Karen hills, where they are selling the plots. (not sure about uptake so far)

uptake at Karen Hills has been slow. 60m for an empty plot is just not for everyone.

I actually think they are credible, compared to the many projects/proposals on here. They have a functional website, they've givthe project location is specific and they seem to have undertaken some projects in Europe. Above all they even have gone beyond drawings and made a model. Plus these guys are out there at home expo and all. I believe this project will be a reality. Latest reports(from britam) show that furnished apartments are on high demand.

My worry is not how fast the uptake is but the fact that they are a valid business entity and have land valued at 60M a plot.

If This Gets Built, You'll Be Surprised How Good It Will Look,

Hard to See From The Renderings, But I can Tell They're Going For That Contemporary Condominium Architecture

It Will Look Like A Taller Version Of This Condominium In My Neighborhood

A very popular urban renewal design in North America currently.

I'll believe it when I see it. After seeing their "Central Park" project, I'm headed to Magadi because everything they say should be taken with God knows how much salt. Kwanza hiyo maneno ya Central Park! Aaaiiii...

I don't get it? Why are people so skeptical about this project? This is one of the few projects we actually have adequate info before even the official unveiling. I don't see why anyone can go through all that for a hoax. We should take a chill pill on this one and wait for the ground breaking. Negative comments are just jeopardizing a rather noble project. Quick search google for most projects leads people to this page and unfounded claims/some comments could really turn off potential customers. Tuheshimu hustle ya wengine.

Just because it doesn't seem to those that get to actually happen. One of those. If you've been around the forum long enough, you'd not be blamed for being skeptical about some proposed projects. We have seen a lot proposed and never get beyond that. Some were deleted from the threads, others are still in here many years after their proposals.
