Before I start, let me start off by saying that I've never made a photo thread before so criticisms are welcome. I'm a point and shoot kind of guy. It also should say that I didn't get to upload all of the pictures I took as my camera died.

Anyway, here are a bunch of pictures of a city that NEVER gets seen on SSC. TUCSON, ARIZONA!!!
:notacrook: :notacrook: :notacrook:

I covered 3 main sections on my 5 or so mile walk: The Sam Hughes Neighborhood, University of Arizona, 4th Ave, and downtown. Please to enjoy.

Starting off with Sam Hughes (directly east of the University of Arizona). Lots of interesting houses in this neighborhood. The architecture here is all over the place.

This is a very suspect sign.

On to the U of A

My favorite building in Tucson

Should be named 'Bareback Gym.' Lots of gay sex lurks in it's halls.

We ride bikes with no handlebars.

Student Union

Old Main

But what if it's 120 degrees outside?

Still not open...

But I'll continue straight. No left turns for me.

Soon to be modernized

Coolest house in all of Tucson

Downtown!

But first...4th Ave.

My favorite coffee shop..Revolutionary Grounds.

For no reason at all, a Smart car

Not a gay club

You can smell this place from 3 blocks away. I kid you not.

Yay for downtown

A crane flies in Tucson

Tucsonans

Gwar played here one night last month. Who followed them the following night? Hanson.

Development in Tucson? No way.

Thursday night. Club Optimus. :upload_71700:

Rehab

Crackheads, tramps, and thieves wander here

O0o0o..buildings.

If you remember The Great Blue Bathroom Tile Shortage of '62, this guy was the cause of it.

Ahhh..history

And I'm done. Asta pasta.

Anywho, here are the remainder of the pictures that I took yesterday.

Ocotillo. This thing is like the Devil's Plant. A very sinister looking thing. Covered in 4 in long thorns.

I actually love these walls. There are a lot of them in Tucson.

I don't know what these things are.

Hi2u

There they are again

The back (front) of Old Main

The saguaro flower

Starbucks are actually rare in Tucson

Really?

Kids are terrified of this thing. And they have every reason to be.

These are actually really cool

This will be a freeway type thing someday
