I welcome corrections. More the better.

With PaPa Riddlz gone, I will try and do my best to keep this list accurate, at least for towers 150m +.

360 Collins is 144m from street.

Did you have Casseldon Place (2 Lonsdale) on that list?

I stopped at 150m for legacy towers.
However, I did accidentally miss Casseldon Place. I will rectify that in my master lists.

I won't do sub-150m for legacy towers, there are just too many. I recommend The Skyscraper Center for the full set:

Thanks for your time and effort.

This is amazing work. I agree just focus on the > 150s... too much to keep track of above 150 anyway!

All in good time.

Thanks for your work, db2. Aurum on Clarendon and 56 Clarendon are the same project. Now that Holder East have expanded their site, we don't know if they are revising the approved FK design. JCooza posted this in Jan.'19:

High-rise plans

Holder East also bolstered its siteholding at Clarendon Street in Melbourne's Southbank where it is planning a high-rise residential and hotel tower.

It bought 64-68 Clarendon Street for about $12.5 million to complement its existing holding at 56-58 and 60-62 Clarendon Street, behind the Melbourne Convention Centre and Crown Casino.

It is planning a 151-metre tower with more than 200 apartments and 128 serviced apartments on a combined 1600sq m site.

Earlier this year, the company gained approval to build the 48-level glass tower with gold trimmings to be designed by architects Fender Katsalidis.

I don’t think anybody here believes it either.... until you head into the city and wonder... “what the...???”

This is definitely solidifying Melbourne as the skyscraper capital of Australia.

I think that it's safe to list Aurum on Clarendon as approved, as they've got it for the FK design. You'd expect them to come up with a bigger building, or a second one, as they've invested more in the site, but an existing approval is still a plus.

Great work mate! Obviously still a bit of filling out to do for SY.

Have you thought of including the building/project name along with the address provided?

Medium term possibilities that turn from current proposal to real U/C. Note, I am going on gut instinct here:
  • 435 Bourke St ~243m
  • West Side Place Tower D 240m
  • 640 Bourke St 234m
  • West Side Place Tower C ~230m
  • Aspire Melbourne 211m
  • UNO Melbourne 210m
  • 88 Melbourne 209m
  • 140 King St 188m
  • 600 Collins St 186m
  • Melbourne Quarter Tower 147m
  • Melbourne Quarter West Tower 141m
  • 17 Spring 128m

Mooted very soon, with complete wild guess at heights:
  • 383 LaTrobe (Mirvac) ~175m
  • 555 Collins (Charter Hall) ~150m
  • 60 Collins (Dexus) ~120m
