Cruz Azul analyzes investing 300 million dollars for stadium in Tlalnepantla

The Municipal President of Tlanepantla, Raciel Pérez, accepted that the visit of Guillermo Álvarez, president of Cruz Azul, to his town hall was to talk about the possible construction of the stadium in that place, in which 300 million dollars would be invested.

"The last word is from Cruz Azul, but I promise you that, if you come here, you are Champions," said the Municipal president.

“Mr. Guillermo Álvarez came to an approach, of course he came to raise, to explore the possibility of building the Cruz Azul stadium in Tlalnepantla. So far, the last word has the Cruz Azul Cooperative, came to explore the possibility. We as a municipality are very interested, because who is not interested in an investment of more than 300 million dollars, ”said the official.

Billy arrived at the Municipal Palace with several of his advisors and presented a market study to the authorities, to inform them that they were interested in building the property in their territory, the Director of Economic Promotion, Lorenzo Rafael Valdepeñas, told ESPN.

"They are interested in their marketing study Tlalnepantla, they have not seen another municipality and they want Tlalnepantla, so they did a study and asked for an appointment with us, that's why they were attended," said Valdepeñas.

The stadium would be north of the municipality and the purchase of the land is being made between the owner of the lot and La Máquina.

“It is a land, privately owned, located in the Barrientos and Providencia area, is north of the city. It will be the Cooperative where and when. The fact that Mr. Guillermo Álvarez shows a very specific interest, in addition to that land meets the ideal conditions for such an investment, ”added the municipal president of Tlalnepantla.
