How long do we predict until it tops out?

I think foundation works will probably start in a few months.
By foundation works, I mean the end of digging and foundations pouring event.
Street level probably another year or so after that.
Really depends on whether they decide to give a priority to the commercial floors first (the mall extension), or to the tower.

[QUOTE=Hebrewtext;121267100]350m above sea level (roughly 325-330 m above street level)
91 storeys
Mixed-use
Estimated completion: 2025
Approximate building cost - 2.5 billion NIS
Underground car parking of 6 stories
43 elevators are planned
KPF and Moshe Tsur architecture firms

It looks pretty, and the top is actually very nice. But aren't round towers kind of passe?

This seems to be following in the footsteps of London's cancelled 'Helter Skelter' (2006-2011), with the same architects, spiral top and even a similar ground level. Practically a clone. Perhaps this one will actually take off.

I think you're talking about the previous iteration of 22 Bishopsgate. Both are stunning designs, but I find this tower to be more graceful and far less crowded upon.

KPF probably had to work hard in order to fit their vision into the tight, weirdly-shaped lot at 22 Bishopsgate. Here, that have a much larger plot to work with.

On a different note- while correctly showing proposed towers near the new supertall, the render photoshopped-out a few existing towers across the highway (those weird white boxes) and does not show any of the planned towers there (6-7 additional towers, including another supertall).
