The location is just fine. The mall is not that tall to block it from Kalayaan Ave.

Very nice. I call it iconic.

I hope this would be taller than the rest of century city and PBCom, para mapalitan na yung tallest tower sa Philippines.

Wait a minute. Did they just said risky? I don't think the word "risky" is such a good choice of word for marketing a new project.

the original design was changed many times, that "Libeskind was forced to compromise his vision and work out a final plan with Childs".

seeing the Spire's render and the WTC One in person, I still can see his fingerprint on it. it's just too bad that his original design didnt materialize. (just like most of Century's renders, di ba, Anone?)

Lol, one wtc is nothing more than a slightly revised Lopez Centre, also by SOM's David Childs

Century Spire

Century Spire is the last residential tower to rise in Century City. It caps a remarkable set of skyscrapers and solidifies the community as one of the greatest luxury districts in the Philippines.

The "Petals"

Century Spire's architecture is a typical when it comes to a traditional spire. Rather than narrow into a fine point at its peak the building instead "blossoms out" like a flower, its petals opening up to the world. This is symbolic of how Century Properties has grown through the years and unfolded as a company known the world over for its dynamic, industry-shaping projects.

The building "crown" - three interlocking segments - is distinctly Libeskind in structure, its geometric shapes an interesting fusion of playful and sophisticated design. This design concept changes the living experience of the top floor residents as it affords them dynamic living space and more exhilarating views of the city.

Century Spire's architecture challenges conventional skyscraper formation. By exploring fresh and visionary approaches to residential architecture, Century Properties brings a new wave of idealism to the local real estate industry.

Off topic: what happened sa gramercy residences? The way i understand it is that the render is completely different from actual tower, right?
