I'm very impressed by this sculpture:

Thank you very much for your always nice words, dear Silvia!

- That dress was created by the Mexican designer Angela Nasta (Sindashi Fashion House), it is painted and embroidered by hand and inspired by our
pre-Hispanic cultures. I also find some similarity with Frida Kahlo dresses.
Her designs are beautiful, you can see them in this link www.instagram.com/angela_nasta/

- In fact, the Mexican government requested explanations from designer Carolina Herrera for using Mexican patterns in her new collection. She replied
that it was a "tribute" to Mexico.

Dear Roberto, thank you. The Santa Fe district is very neat and seems brand new (I know it isn't really) and a lot of people are living in residential high-rises but I wonder if there is any "neighborhood feeling" and real street life?

Special thanks for your link to Angela Nasta, dear Roberto - her fashion
is breathtakingly beautiful!
Excellent update again, with great art and architecture!
One of many favourites, here I love how the reflection gives one more
interesting aspect to the entrance area!

Those sculptures and that floating open air theater really bring something else to the whole area.

These pics are, with no doubt, the best pics of Mexico City I have ever seen, and achieving that is something that only someone who truely loves its city can accumplish. Kuddos!

Fabulous set, Roberto. "Run towards Your Fears" and the next one are my two favourites. But I think I have some more catching up to do.

Thank you very much, Skymantle.
In fact, there are two similar sculptures in that water mirror; but behind the other sculpture there was a crane and there was no way to get a good picture.
This is a photo of the other sculpture (December 23, 2017)

Thank you, dear Christi!
In fact, Santa Fe has almost no street life. Santa Fe residents have a high purchasing power and generally they move in their cars.
Besides, the area is not pedestrian friendly.
In La Mexicana Park there are many people running or walking their dogs; but that is from two years ago.

I totally agree with you, Arch+fan+DF.
Hopefully the government and citizens can solve the problems that generate this bad reputation abroad.
